Since Katey and I have been experimenting with cooking ... I have posted (and will continue to post) photos of our creations. The latest is our Beef Thai Satay. Although I admit, I will not try those again. Way too much work for what it's worth!

Speaking of cooking, I have posted a new cooking photo of Katey! To save time, here it is ... (btw, She is "cooking" a Turkey sandwich for our road-trip to Saratoga. It was a very yummy turkey sandwich!
